i am tiring to understand how long it takes uscis to process a month ??!!

any one could give us a hint ??

The updates have changed, USCIS no longer give updates the way the used to with projected dates.......... The updates are now in timeframes from date of submission to likely possible date of case review.

So how to read the current processing time is....

When you are likely to hear back from USCIS is........  13.5 months to 18months From the date of submission.

Those who can inquire about their cases and are likely to get a response instead of the generic response ...... Cases submitted on or before Nov. 15 2016

Hello everyone, I am new here. Any updates about March 2018 i601 waiver applicants? My fiance was denied a visa in Nairobi Kenya in February 2018 due to misrespentation he had on his file back in 2012.  We were found eligible for a waiver and nebraska received our application March 26th 2018. Am worried and concerned about the time it's taking nowadays to process these waivers. Thanks
