Thank you, there was no interview, so this is what it is, you do your biometrics a day before or cpl days before when you do the whole physical they ask you for Your pee sample they ask cpl questions then you go to psychologist she/ he asks questions and if she / he, JUST gives you a paper back then there is something wrong but if she/he, lets you go, on the  packet your suppose to turn in to consulate should be some red lines on the label, that says that you are good and approved. Once you go to the consulate there is no interview only if the psychologist saw you if you had bd that little paper then there is interview but the whole process for the consulate to find out if you are approved or not took 3 hours that’s how long the wait is. My husband had the appt at 8:45am came out at 11:36 if looking for a hotel and you are on a budget go to La Victoria inn we paid 180 for 4 days that is all hope I helped a bit.

thank you

Hi everyone I’m here for an update my husband got approved for his I-601 on November and his appt was feb 20th. Thank god he got the DHL packet a week after on wedenesday 28 and he had to give all his belongings away including his house. He entered the US Friday 2nd and couldn’t be happier. Stay strong for those still waiting cuz god knows what he is doing and there are times he puts obstacles to see how strong we are and how much faith we have in him. I’ll continue to be praying and god bless you all and keep your heads up and keep moving forward much love the JIMENEZ FAMILY

🙏❤️

Congratulations

how long did you wait to get an answer? When did you file and when was you approved?

Hi!  Lawyer called me today and left a voicemail, said she received an approval notice...yayyyyyyyy!!!  I have yet to speak with her with what the next steps are but we are so happy right now.

Congrats! May I ask what kinds of extreme hardships did you guys submit? My lawyer thought our waiver's extreme hardship is not that strong enough, so I am very anxious and wondering what is the chance that a waiver can get rejected. Thanks a lot for any ideas!

You will get a response from them if the expedited request was approved and no response from them if not approved.

I'm receiving email from my attorney today to inform that my case is 4 months delay. My receipt date was March 17. and as i checked today, it seems that they (Nebraska service center) only process the case up to Nov16. Means that they will need 16 months to process the case at the present moment. Keep all your fingers cross, we'll get through this.  GOD blesses you all

Nebraska is processing cases till Nov 16 as of Dec 31, 2017. They might be updating the sheet after 15 of this month.

My husband received instructions in the mail today...601 approved February 28, 2017 (received date December 21, 2016).  We need to complete the online DS260 again, he needs a new police clearance, and a new medical exam.

As of February 2018 they were already processing cases up to December 23, 2016....... The USCIS updates are always behind by 1 to 2 months of processing lately. When they post an update you have to know how to read and estimate the posting to actually know where they may be in the given month the update was posted and apply that to your case estimation.

My i 601 was received in Nebraska on march 1st.It been 20 days and I have not heard if my expedite was approved.Do nebraska always send out a letter they have received an expedite request?

Its been 20 days.I think they may decide in 10 days? But they acknowledge an expedite request? My DS 260 times out in 4 months and processing times are 14 months backlog.
