You will have to reach out to the service center handling your case...... I-601a cases are usually faster than I-601 case processing but they have been slow lately with the new administration.

Thank you  dear ... but have you seen Expedited cases here? .. someone told me I can’t

You can always put in a request.  They are rarely approved.  I don't remember ever seeing anyone who got an expedite approved for a waiver.  Yo must have a really really compelling issue(s).

I haven't seen any waivers expedited on VJ, but on facebook there's a group for waivers and there are a hand-full of people who did get their waivers expedited recently in the past couple of months. I actually just had my I-130 expedited, NVC expedited, and will send I-601 soon with request to expedite also. Hopefully it'll be accepted as well.

I am in UK My two daughters were born in the USA. I hired a lawyer to do my 1 601 and it finally got sent to Phoenix last week. They have not taken payment yet.My lawyer applied for expediate as one of my daughters has been living with me in England. She wants to start college "this year"in USA but cant go without me as she has bad anxiety for several years. After reading this thread I think its not going to be expediated as it appears its not dire enough. So I am looking at possible 13 months
