For a service request? I don't think there is a limit to the number of inquiries you can submit. I just submitted my third service request inquiries for case outside normal processing time (case submitted on July 27th 2015). They sent me the usual response saying "Officer is looking at your case. Please wait 60 days and you will get a response"

Ok thank you... But then im also scared of submitting to any. I wouldnt want them to delay any thing. uncertain of what to do. Ive contacted the congressman, the senator, and they each submitted one.

Hey everyone,

I have seen some folks get approvals lately...CONGRADULATIONS!!!! I have been praying that every name I come across on this site is granted favor by God to see the return of your love ones quickly.

I have some questions...

1) Has anyone had their case placed on hold by USCIS for a non-USICS opinion?

2) Will USCIS move my husband's second medical exam up if the outside agency responds before his next scheduled medical exam in September 2016?

3) Will a second interview with the Consulate be scheduled around the same time as his second medical exam or will we have to fly back to Juarez again after the medical?

It goes without saying (just like everyone else here) I MISS MY SPOUSE!!!!! I am eager to get him back home :)
