I-601 WAIVER UPDATES

Hey guys, just to update you on the fact that next week it will be 7 months for me waiting for answers on form I-601 receipt date Oct. 5th, 2015, so wondering if anyone has good news? because going on 8 months soon and still no answers from USCIS.

Maybe my answer is coming soon "I hope", but hope someone has good news.

I have seen october 8 and 5 approved on uscis case tracker.. i got a october 5 approved today april 28.. your are comimg soon.

My receipt date is Sept 15th, 2015. My case is with the National Benefits Center, so my receipt starts with MSC.

Going on 10 months next week.

Also just notice they updated the processing times chart yesterday and it still has the same date....Agust 16, 2016. So no progress.

Hey yall, I been using a tracker app to track my form I-601 and also another applications following my numerical sequence just to see how they are processing. Well so my application ends in 32 and still shows received while the next one ending in 33 was approved in april 25th, the one ending in 37 was REF on April 28th.

So i am hoping either mine is being work on or maybe will show approved soon, or i was skipped

ATXmaster, it seems your form is being processed a little different to ours, i am saying for the fact that was sent and process to a different center and was not sent alone right? maybe they have a different time frame, hard to tell because there is really not much information on how they process forms.

but hope you guys get an answer soon, my form wast forwarded to NSC and its only the I-601 form i sent. I am hoping my form gets approved soon since the forms with higher numbers than mire are getting either approved or REFs.

Scroll to bottom and select ur service center.

NSC still shows processing dates as of: February 29, 2016.

That's the date they're saying as of this date we are processing but scroll all the way to the bottom and you'll see the update date was yesterday.

Uscis didnt updated since feb 2015 so u r misguiding others ??
