Karenberna- I have a receipt no. My waiver is also in Nebraska and I have a LIN#. It says on their website that they received my case on the 9th of Feb but no update since then. I'm currently in the UK, I tried calling the USCIS no and I got a response saying I can't be connected from where I am (I added +1). I really hope to hear from them real soon as yours was quite quick.

Have you tried using magic jack to make calls to the US? my husband has it as an app on his phone and is able to call using that.

And, your receipt # is the LIN#

HELLO EVERYONE!!! Yes my visa was refused the first time due to overstaying in the US... During my waiver process I only received from USCIS my receipt letter until I checked on the web site my case was approved on may 6 which is good because they did not asked me for any other type of evidence or anything so I preferred not to get anything else :dancing: ... I received my approval and instruction letter on may 23 at my husband´s house (US) and they only asked me to send my passport and a new medical exam because they are good for only 6 months well I did everything and sent them out last Wednesday ... to me and to my lawyer sounds too good to be true because she said most of the times they want a second interview... well today I got on the mail the same instruction letter but this time in my house in Mexico so for all of you that are waiting keep checking because those letters take forever !!! Well right now I'm just waiting for them to approve my visa (the consulate) that's what the letter said and if they approve it they will send back my passport I don't know how long it can take but on their website they said the time frame is 90 days :sleepy: ALLY I have magic Jack also and it's amazing !!! :dancing: Do not trust on their website time frame because the day before I got my approval they said they were on October :ranting: so hopefully all of you get approvals soon I am in a Spanish forum also which is for I601A fillers and most of them are getting approvals this week so hopefully we get lucky too!!!!! :luv:

I got a letter today at my house in the US and My husband who is in Mexico has to go for a second appointment to Juarez. It says it's a follow up appointment and didn't ask for him to bring anything. Any one else have to do this? Kinda worried. We have a Attorney and she hasn't said anything she said sometimes they just do that.
