Hi guys...

How do we attach proof with pics to the I-129F packet ?

I ask because the pictures are like 4"x6" and I have about 20 or should we add more or less ?

do we attach the pics to a 8x11 paper ? and also write on the paper where the pic was taken from ? or which one is preferred ?

Thanks.

You can either put all the pictures in a plastic sleeve or glue them in a paper. Both are accepted. In our case, we placed our labeled pictures in a ziploc. :)

so basically you labeled the pic with a sticky ? on back of picture of front ? sorry for asking so detailed lol...

these pics and document of us having ongoing relationship like... chat logs, imessage print outs, emails , will all go behind the I-129F packet correct ? do I need a cover lettter for this part ?

with title "document and proof of ongoing relationship ' ?

thanks.

I downloaded mine from my flash drive then printed them in color on regular copy paper. I then wrote a note as to who was in the pic, where it was taken, and the date it was taken.

You can download them into a document, type a note, and then print.

I put the pics in with the proof of meeting. I 've visited twice so each set of pics went with the respective boarding passes, receipts, etc. I put these items last on my cover letter

- "proof of having met in past 2 yrs (boarding passes, receipts, pictures)"

- "proof of ongoing relationship (phone logs, chat logs)"

We wrote the "date and place" where the picture was taken at the back of the pictures using a regular ballpoint pen, so they won't smear. Some folks simply print them out to annotate the details of the pictures too.

Yes, it's advisable to place all these evidences behind the I-129f form and also include a cover letter for all the contents of your I-129f package. By the way, these "chat logs, emails, etc" are only secondary evidences. The more important stuff that you guys should definitely include are proofs of meeting within the last 2 years, such as passport stamps and boarding passes.

Airline itineraries are not sure proof that one actually took the flight, but it can help in detailing your proofs of meetings. Personally, if you have several meetings within the past 2 years, I would make a separate cover letter for these evidences and list them similarly as follows:

1. First trip at Location 1

- Petitioner's passport stamp

- Petitioner's boarding pass and flight itinerary

- Petitioner's hotel booking confirmation

- Pictures at Location 1.

2. Second trip at Location 2

- Beneficiary's visa to enter Location 2

- Beneficiary's passport stamp

- etc ...

We met 3 times with my fiance. Each visits I attached 15 pcs, so total of 45 pcs of photos. I developed them, then wrote each obe with our full names (petitioner and beneficiary) at the back using black ballpen, wrote date, location and short description (example: Dinner at restaurant with friends or family). I included some photos with family and friends.

Good luck.

For the pictures I created an album in Powerpoint so I could enter a text box stating who was in the picture, where it was taken, and when it was taken. From this I printed out the slides 2 to a page. We did not include the boarding passes but attached the itinerary along with the passport stamps.

I printed my pictures at walgreens, and using a permenant marker, I wrote on the back, the names of everyone in the picture, their relation to myself or my fiance, the date and the place. Then I placed them in a labelled ziplock bag and used a clip to affix it to the documents.

Pictures are necessary to prove that you met, however in lower fraud countries, like the UK they're less stringent about it. I would send the pictures anyways so you don't get an RFE and delay an already long process,

We sent 12 pictures 4"x6" in plastic sleeves (http://www.avery.com/avery/en_us/Products/General-Supplies/Sheet-Protectors/Photo-Pages_13401.htm?N=4294967237%204294964860&Ns=Rank&refchannel=a0dd1828c503a110VgnVCM1000002118140aRCRD) and printed some stickers with our names, location and date of the pictures and place the stickers on the back of each picture. We travel a lot so we created in excel yearly calendars with the days I was there or he was here highlighted and referenced to each itinerary we had (something like 20 total) it might was too much but it gave me mental peace.

August, 2011: Met

June 23, 2012: In love!

July 11, 2014: I-129F Sent

July 15, 2014: Delivery confirmation USPS

July 18, 2014: NOA1 text / Check cashed / WAC !

July 22, 2014: Alien registration number changed

July 24, 2014: NOA1 hard copy

July 26 to Aug 13: Visited my love in Michigan (no problems at POE Detroit)
