Would appreciate a few extra set of eyeballs on this letter I just received from the NVC:

Dear Sir/Madam,

All documentation necessary to complete the National Visa Center's processing of your case has been received. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner and attorney (if applicable) will be notified.

The applicant should NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment until the US Embassy or Consulate General has issued a visa.

The US Embassy or Consulate General may require additional documentation at the time of the interview.

Sincerely,

Director

National Visa Center

I received this letter after sending in additional information to the NVC which the NVC most likely received last week as I just received my USPS receipt for that package a few days ago. I was quite surprised to receive this letter as I had spoken with an NVC representative over a month ago who told me that I needed to send in the original birth and marriage certificate even though I had sent in certified ones. I went ahead and sent them in and low and behold I get this. So, can someone please decipher what this letter means? Does it mean it's good to go and the next step is to set an interview date in my parents country? It will be one year next month that I started this journey for my parents as a USCIT. Thanks for the help.

They are just telling you, that they are in process of scheduling an interview, and the beneficiary should not do anything related to preparation for immigration until the beneficiary is approved for a visa. example don't buy airplane ticket until the visa is in hand.
