My wife and I had to do Bio-metrics twice! We did not find any approval notice where as my wife's case status for all 3 (AOS, AP & EAD) is in card production!! We called the USCIS and escalated to level 2 and found out my wife's case is not in card production and we have to do the biometrics twice. We did that yesterday. Any advice on how to find out actual status of our cases?

I never heard of any place to look for accurate case status except for USCIS which usually is not very current. Calling theirb support is the best way of getting an answer, which you did. However I am sure you realized it by now that how difficult it is to reach them and get a concrete answer :-(

Hi there! Welcome to the forum.

Uscis.gov case updates are notoriously unreliable. Unfortunately, calling uscis won't help much at this point either because your wife's applications are still within processing times.

For the EAD and AP, it takes approximately 60-90 days from filing; whereas for the AOS, it may take between 4 months to a year.

Have you checked the June 2014 AOS filers thread yet?: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/498728-june-2014-aos-filers/

-You may find fellow members who have similar timeline as your wife's, and you can also join this thread to keep each other updated on your progress.
