I spent almost 30 seconds on google and found some racists comments on msnbc, cnn and some anti-white comments and photos to boot.. Shall I throw them up as proof positive of... well.. guess it would just be proof I like going after the low hanging fruit.

But hey 10 points to the first person who can name a country where it isn't "alive and well" or a time in the earths recorded history where it was not alive and well in any non-homogeneous society.

Sure racism exist in this country. Did I say otherwise? Trying to call what I pointed out as signs of racism is nonsense. Its because of that sort of nonsense that some people walk around thinking that the problem is bigger than it really is.

It's a pretty big problem when the mainstream media is either indulging in it or trivializing it.

I disagree. These channels run 24/7, news does not happen 24/7. Context is everything. What was going on in the news when they had these "discussions" in your recent pic.

Racism is alive everywhere. Are you suggesting more so in the USA? Why make this a USA thing?

I don't know. You'd have to ask the author.

I think you should be asking yourself why there is an audience for that sort of content.

 That's a sure sign that the people at CNN have lost their mind. What kind of question is that?

But oddly enough.. Many here at good ol VJ can give you a very clear answer and use some very idiotic logic to tell you why

Well I imagine it will have something to do with the fact that when the N-word was in common usage across the USA, blacks were being lynched and hanged from trees.

Due to social progress, that doesn't happen anymore, however we have acquired a racist term to describe white people. From this we can clearly conclude that the experience of whites today is the same as that of blacks from yesteryear.

Yeah now it's common for black people to call each other the N word. Progress.

You'd think not, but then I guess you haven't read some of the other recent threads here.

Really? The overall message I get from VJ is you have the group that believes that racism is everywhere and a huge problem vs it exists and always will but is not at near the levels the other side say that it is

As was pointed out in the other thread - 50 years isn't a huge amount of time to level the playing field.

Hmmm... well at least we know what your bias is.
