I-134 Questions

I need some help with my I-134 form. Under supporting evidence C. If self-employed, you can provide a copy of your last income tax return, which is not in my favor for this cause, or, you can provide a REPORT OF COMMERCIAL RATING CONCERN. I have no idea what that is, so can anyone help me out?

I'm also wondering if there is anyone willing to speak one-on-one with me, so I dont have to display my financial information to everyone. My email is CASAdv@aol.com and my cell is 415.305.0864. It's regarding whether or not I should get another sponsor to support me.

Also, I would like to write a letter describing how able-bodied and excited my male foreign fiancee is about starting work in America, and that the furthest thing from his mind is to become a dependent. He has a good education and has been a teacher for 8 years working for the govt. in Morocco, and he just recently became tenured. Is it appropriate to include a letter such as this with the I-134?

Thank you everyone for your time. I greatly appreciate having all of you.

In closing, I just received our NOA2 on Friday, the 19th! We are very excited and hopeful for an April Wedding, because that is the off season for wedddings, which helps when trying to keep the expenses down. Take care and good luck to all of you.

My Best,

Carol

Carol,

If you are self-employed and do not know what a report of commercial rating concern is, then you almost certainly do not have one.

Your proposed letter would be meaningless. There are a fair number of people in the USA who are educated, experienced, and who want to work - and who are also under or un-employed.
