We had our interview today. Was a little nervous because our lawyer didn't show up but we went in and waived our right to have attorney present. Called her after and it turns out she forgot. The questions were basically repeating what was on the form and asking about some of our significant experiences together.

Hey! Anybody knows what dates are they processing now? No interview notice for me yet (December 1st priority date).

USCIS processing times for Seattle field office says as of March 31st they last processed applications filed as of August 25th 2014. You have to take that calendar with a grain of salt though because it's not 100% accurate reflectively. Looking at your timeline and comparing with most of us earlier on this thread, you should've gotten your interview letter last May for a possible June interview or you will probably get one this June for a possible July interview. If you don't get it end of this month your 2 month late RFE you submitted might be a possible reason. I'm pretty positive you will probably get that interview notification this month though. Good luck!

Tacoma here!!

I sent in my RFE documents 2 days after receiving the request for more information. I can see that USPS delivered it, but when I check my case status - nothing has changed. Should I receive any notification that they got my RFE documents?? I called them up a few times, and they are 100% unhelpful. They can't give me a yes or no. So I'm stuck wondering should I just resend the documents or wait 30 more days. Got my biometrics done the day I received the RFE, so that has to be a good sign. Hopefully!

Thanks!

Just give it some more time. You should always take that online thing with a grain of salt though, it doesn't update accurately 100%. Some have had approved I-485 and I-130 petitions with no movement in the online notification. As long as your delivery service showed it was safely delivered, you shouldn't be concerned. Good luck!
