It's been over a months since my interview, everything goes well, but still didn't receive green card, no update online, who can tell me what's going on???

Try to make an Infopass to your local USCIS office and find out what's up with your case. That's the best way to know what's going on at the moment. By the way did you file have your interview in Seattle? Good luck!

Based on your timeline, you should probably have your interview notice this month or next month since your local USCIS office in Houston last treated a case dated May 18th as of November 30th. Unless your RFE must've dragged you a little behind as well. Good luck!

You are right :D I woke up with the email saying:

"Interview Is Scheduled

On February 17, 2015, we scheduled you for your interview and mailed you an interview notice for Receipt Number MSC1491. Your interview is on March 19, 2015. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your interview notice by March 19, 2015, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address."

Had my interview today and was approved on the spot. Interview was scheduled at 1:50pm and we arrive right on time. There weren't many people and we were interviewed last close to 3pm.The officer was nice but also very thorough and interview lasted close to an hour. First he asked for ID's then swore us in. He really wanted to make sure my marriage was legit and asked many questions. Good thing I was super prepared and was bombarding him with all evidence I had in this world even before he asked for it. I wasn't ready to give him any benefit of doubt. We went through all biographic questions on I-485 and he would tick it with a red pen whenever I answered and also write down my verbal answers. Asked about my work and how long I'd worked there. Went through my passport asked to verify date of entry including airport. Asked for wedding pictures and I showed him entire album since I'd been dating till marriage even specifying exact events on pictures including people. He really loved our wedding pictures and also asked to see maid of honor on it and best man. Man this guy was like a badger digging through every evidence also even showed him ultrasound pictures of my pregnant wife. My wife was mostly quiet and I was the one taking the heat. He asked about first date, how relationship progressed, when I proposed, when my wife moved in with me and also wedding date. Asked where I bought the rings. I told him and showed him certificate of appraisal from shane co jeweler. I explained everything and he kept writing, he even asked me to slow down at one point. Rounded up with security questions and he was satisfied and said it's a good marriage that he's gonna approve it. At that point I put my hands together and said thank you God. I just couldn't hide my relieve. Asked for a stamp since I'm leaving home next week for the 1st time in 10 years he asked why and I told him to see ailing grand parents and I showed him flight itinerary. He checked it said it was authentic and stamped passport. Bottom line is if your marriage is real and you know details of it you should be fine. I'd been prepared for this showdown for 10 years now and had all meticulous details of my relationship in check. 15 mins after got text update for I-485 to card production.

Hi guys! So this is my current status: As of March 18, 2015, we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC.........., for an interview.

I field the case in the beginning of December 2014 (adjusting from F1), I've gotten an RFE in January, responded to it in early March and has been waiting for interview to be scheduled since March 18. Do you guys know how much more should they take? Based on what I've read here it seems that Seattle office takes 5-6 months to schedule the interview so I'd say I should expect an interview by September?

Thanks a lot in advance!

Luka

You may be right. I hope that you are wrong for your sake.

Our experience with the Seattle office has been hit-and-miss. Our AOS interview would likely be best described as "murky." After going through their mill, we were told that "I just got your file 10 minutes ago, and I cannot give you a decision. You will be contacted within 10-30 days, asking for more evidence, or an approval, or a denial. That was the Monday before Thanksgiving in 2012! After a couple of hours at home, my cell phone started erupting with text messages from USCIS.... "cards in production, approved, cards in production (again, and again).... I finally decided that we would take the best two out of six answers,.... the GCs showed up in a week or two....

We are currently gearing up for an anticipated ROC interview in Tukwila. I will be bringing a suitcase of ALL of our paperwork and documents related to our case, showing that we have sufficient "window dressing" (marriage bonafides) to hopefully satisfy them, hopefully they will be in compliance with CISOMB Recommendation 56.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

That is a very good question, unfortunately, I suspect that there are very few definitive answers. The whole scheduling system for USCIS seems to have gone into hibernation....., affecting NUMEROUS visa processes.

It seems that you are relatively new to the USCIS immigration system. It will be done when are good, damn, and ready. Don't forget this bottom line, it is their ball field, their equipment, their teams, their rules. You are just along for the ride.

We have been waiting since August 2014 for our petition to be adjudicated. There are NUMEROUS folks in similar, or worse situations.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

We have an interview scheduled for next week, May 11, and our priority date was the 6th of October. So that's six months for interview notice and seven months for actual interview. That's in keeping with the processing times shown on USCIS website.

Based on majority of our timelines here, you should probably get your interview letter this May for a June interview or latest June for a possible July interview. Majority of us have had interview scheduled with Seattle field office on the 5th month after filing and had the actual interview on the 6th month. The letters are normally sent a month in advance prior to the actual interview date. For instance if you take a look at my timeline, My priority date was August 18th 2014, received interview notification on January 28th 2015 and actual interview date was March 4th 2015. My timeline had seemed to be pretty consistent with others in this forum who filed months before me as well. Good luck!

Thank you so much for your responses! I was just curious because it took me about 2 months to respond to RFE because I needed to find all the correct documentation so I don't if that could delay the interview or it doesn't matter since they're not processing December fillers yet?

Thanks!

RFE's normally freeze the clock on petitions until they're received so it's very likely to have an impact though on your case. It might not affect your I-485 though if it was for your EAD/AP forms.
