Just checked the USCIS website. They say that as of October 31, they are working on applications from May 15th. Does it mean they are sending the interview invite for people with applications from may 15th, or are they interviewing people with applications from may 15?

From the USCIS processing times website: "However, if the office is experiencing a processing delay, you will find the filing date of the last case that the office completed before updating the chart." My local office last completed a case filed on June 2nd. Since my case was received on June 10th, I have to wait another month before filing an inquiry. In January, I'll be out of processing time at both my local office and the service center. Yuck! Best of luck!

Wishing all of your luck on your immigration journeys.

I think you should take those dates with a grain of salt. It likely means the last application they worked on that day was May 15 th.

Remember, I applied on May 19th and had my interview in the start of November.

Did you get your interview letter then in October? Looks like since Seattle is backed up majority of people get interviewed in 6 months after filing. I hope I get my interview notice next month for a February interview date since since I'm an August filer. My biggest mistake was not applying for advance parole and I really wanna travel in March. I was aiming a 4 month interview timeline. Been considering throwing in my AP application this month to see if I can get lucky and get it within 60days.

Yes I got my interview notice at 5 months after filing and my interview 6 months after filing. It's relatively quick for AP, comparatively speaking, so you could always apply now, it's free.

Yes I will :) beginning of the month, I'll have to gather some documents to bring to the interview.. I'm not too sure what to include.. We've been together for 9.5 years, so i'm not too worried about the interview, but we only moved to the US this year, so we don't have much to bring to the interview... what are you bringing?

and Merry Christmas to you too... a day late :)

Congrats on your approval. Can you please post interview experience? I had an info pass appointment yesterday there since case is still waiting to be scheduled for an interview. I was told they're behind. I'm keeping fingers really crossed hoping I get that schedule by the month end for next month interview since I really plan on traveling in March. Looks like all you guys got notices in your 5th month mark after filing. Been on interview scheduling since October 14th and it's now past 90 days. February 28th should make it 110 days or 168 days since priority date. Sigh, Seattle office!
