Well folks, the processing time on the USCIS website has been updated to March 2, 2014 so we are getting closer to when I filed my paperwork. Still doesn't explain how others here have posted on their timelines more recent dates than that but have had interviews - at our office.

I'm now at day 75 at testing/interview and was told by a tier two officer to make an info pass appointment if I hit 76-80 days at testing/interview... I'll make one later today if nothing happens.

I'm at something like day 77 of testing/interview. I've got an infopass appointment on Sept 24th for an update (a tier 2 IO suggested I do this in this timeframe) so if I haven't got an interview date by then I will confirm they have my package and that all is good.

Hi there... We had our interview at Tukwila and were approved. Just waiting on production of GC.

Our USCIS status changed from Testing and Interview back to Intial Review on the 18th and nothing since. I'm hoping that this week brings on more change.

Well I guess greencard wont be coming too soon.. Got a phone call from the lady who interviewed us.. Our files are not complete.. Our medicals have gone missing.. GRRRR. Need to get more medicals done. For myself and 3 children there goes another $1500.. Not happy :(

Call around, I found a civil surgeon in Lynnwood who did my medical for less than $200 - but I have documentation to backup my vaccine stays and TB testing done annually at work so that also wasn't needed. But I'm sure you can find it for less than $1500! Ouch!

I did some calling around today and even spoke with the medical centre who completed our medicals in Australia. They may have a copy that they can forward to USCIS.
If not, there's a dr. office in Puyallup that costs $150 for adult and $100 for children. Looks like my only options. I know in a few days. Just waiting for Australian dr. to get back to me now

Well apparently our local office gas had ~8 officers retire this last year, so they are very behind. The physical location of my file was checked and I was told I can expect 30-60 more days before I get an interview scheduled.

CdnRN, what is that mean， physical location of file? so does that mean local uscis hasn't had our file yet? is it sent from MO Center?

They have a week's worth on site, so yes, it's sent to the local office from where it has been to be processed initially - the main center.
