SO MANY QUESTIONS ABOUT I-134! HELP!

Okay, I've started attempting to fill out and gather documents for the I-134. A little background on my situation:

I am a final semester unemployed college student who is currently wholly dependent upon my mother for support (room, board, everything). My mother has agreed to file as a co-sponsor for my fiance. She makes well above the required amount in income alone, so we are not terribly worried about that. However, we are confused regarding the semantics of many of the questions and are very frightened of messing up somewhere. So here goes (any help would be GREATLY appreciate):

1. She works at an elementary school, but her employer on her pay stubs is the county board of education. As such, should she list the elementary school or the school system for the "name of concern"?

2. We are going to provide a letter from her employer validating her current income and nature of her employment. Her "boss" is the principal at her school. Would a letter from the school principal on the county school system letterhead suffice, or does she need to have something from someone higher up that actually works for the school system offices (like HR) write the letter?

3. For evidence, we are intending to provide: a letter from her boss, bank statements, W-2 from 2013 and 6 months worth of pay stubs. The USCIS instructions say tax returns are only necessary for those who are self-employed. Are these 3 forms of evidence sufficient or should we provide tax returns as well?

4. Seeing as I am unemployed and have no income and am also wholly dependent, what should I fill in for section 7 on the form. Should I leave it blank or put N/A?

5. I have been employed on a part-time basis in previous years and have made enough to file taxes during that time. Because I am relying on my mother as a co-sponsor, I wouldn't think it mattered if I put anything down in these areas. So, should I provide copies of my W-2s, tax returns, bank statements or other evidence?

Thanks is advance, guys!
