today i call immigration to find out what going on with my husband case . one men answer me and i give him case number . after he told me that his case is approved and they sended to Travel.state.gov and he give me this number to find out 001(603) 334-0700 . i did but they was close


i try to talk to my lawyer and i say to him what going on . he told me that he don't know that and he ask me to call him back in 30 minute .


after 1 hours i call him he told me that my papers not approved until 9 November ....


can anyone tell me what is this please ? help me please ?

You can schedule an info pass at your local office and take all the document they sent you and ask the immigration officer to tell what's going on.

or you can contact your congressman USCIS is required to reply to them (congressman) whenever i get stuck i contact my congressman

That does not mean an approval. Did you change your address? Plus your lawyer would not be able to give you an exact date like that.

USCIS told you that you were approved? You may want to call again and verify. The number they gave you is for the NVC. You're going to have to call often to get through, the phone lines are usually busy. They answer 7am to midnight EST.

It doesn't make sense that your case didn't update online. Did you get anything in the mail? Either the officer you talked to is wrong, or it wasn't updated online.

Don't believe anyone who gives you an exact date in the future that it will be approved, no one can know what day it will be approved. You are still in processing.

Do you have a joint sponsor for when you reach the AOS stage. If you don't have someone to file the affidavit of support you will never make it to the interview stage.
