Police Clearance (K-1 visa process)

Hi all,

My fiance has two permanent addresses (both are properties owned by her parents and in the same city). She lives at one address now (address used in the soon to be filled in the DS-160 and already written in I-129F and G-325A) and one address that she used to live at (property still owned) that is in the passport.

So, when getting Police Clearance Certificate (PCC), she can show proof of her new address, no worries there. But post-interview for K-1 at the embassy, when affixing the visa, will it be an issue?

Thanks.

I believe your confusing Police Clearance Certificate with Passport Clearance Certificate. I did the K-1 about three years ago, you need to request a PCC from the passport office and not the local police station.
