No one can answer this. It could be anything such as a missed question on a form, missed signature, missing documentation, etc. You must wait until you receive the hard copy letter to find out.

What kind of documentación?? Can someone give me some examples of their RFE

RFE or Request For Evidence. You forgot something or what you provided did not meet the evidence standards they require. You could go over everything you sent, and check it against the checklists, or you could just wait for the letter to arrive.

Anything from the lists here could be missing, or any form could have been incorrectly filled out or lacked a signature.

Oh my God i never saw that list..

Ouch, I'm going to guess you likely missed supplying one or more of the areas of evidence required to qualify. Cross check that you covered each area and get to work collecting missing areas now.

I'll give you my RFE as an example. USCIS wanted a complete copy of my divorce decree, not just the one page showing the judgement entered/approved that I submitted. And I made a dumb error on the beneficiary's birth date, was one year off between the petition and biographic page.

On our case they wanted the Letter of Intent to Marry within 90 days (Even though I sent a nice long pretty one) All they wanted was the cut and dry legal on the VJ Guide...

Hopefully it's something quick and easy!

~ Jan ??,2013 ~ Service Center ~ Vermont I-129F Packet sent

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)

Hello everyone, i got and RFE... Havent get hard copy yet.. Any idea of what they can be asking????

An RFE means you are missing something in your petition. If you have a complete 2nd copy of the petition you sent, you can compare that copy with the K1 guide, to help you identify possible reasons for your RFE. The other thing to do is just wait for the letter in the mail.

Evidence of meeting back in 2010, wouldn't matter for the K-1. You need evidence you met in the two years prior to filing. Since your NOA 1 was 2014-02-28, you need evidence of being together between 2012-2-28 and 2014-2-28.
