Just wanted to update that my husband passed his interview yesterday! His appointment was at 12 noon. It seemed like a good time. There were 3 people in the waiting room when we got up there, and it looked like the officers were coming back from lunch. He was called back at 12:06 PM. He was back there for about 40 minutes. I was worried, because other people were coming out after around 20 minutes. He said that the officer was very friendly. He was from Peru and they were just chatting about food and other things.

They asked him about a citation he'd received, since he marked yes to that question on the N-400. It was a minor speeding ticket, so he showed them the payment receipt, and that was enough. They asked him my birthdate and how many children we have.

The civics questions he remembers were:

1. Who lived here before the Europeans arrived?

2. What are the first 10 amendments to the Constitution called?

3. What is the name of the Speaker of the House?

4. When was the Constitution written?

(Couldn't remember the other two.)

The sentences he had to read and write were both something about Abraham Lincoln, but I can't remember what they were.

So now we just wait for an oath ceremony. Crossing my fingers for interview letters for all of you this week!

We ended up getting a random phone call on Wednesday night (10/22) at almost 9 PM saying to come in Friday at 1 PM for the oath ceremony. Updating with the oath date!

I see that some people theh applied in may they done with their process that means they are not processed the application in the order they were recived, any body know the criteria?

We are all done. Received interview letter around 23 August. Interview 23 September for all 3 of us.

Got a call on 26 Sept Friday for Oath on 27 Sept Saturday at 1.00pm.

Hope this is usefull and can somebody update my timeline please. I messed up the April filers time line

Wow! See this makes me really sad because everytime we called USCIS the responds we got the applications are being processed by dates of your application!
