I have a few specific item question.

1. I have some of my own art work which was meant to get me work in the commercial art area but due to chronic health problems I have been unable to pursue. I have hope in my recovery and hope to still work in that field. I'll hope to have new pieces to show but for now those I have would be what I show publishers etc. Considering I don't know if/when I would do that would my artwork still be considered for commercial use?

2. My understanding on household effects is the picture frames I have should be detailed in part IV D. The issue is that three of the four were either gifts or inherited and the other one was purchased 14 years ago and I have no idea on the price of any of them? Do I just put an estimate?

3. Do craft knives and box cutters count as prohibited or are they okay to just be including as tools (not for commercial use)?
