Now this is police brutality and stupidity at it's worst. I really feel bad for the Mom and the boy. The cops should be suspended without pay and sent to a training course.

You just can't go wrong with the Urkel. I also made sure I paid all my bills and have no record so I can't be judged for a speeding ticket I got back in '92.
