Now this is police brutality and stupidity at it's worst. I really feel bad for the Mom and the boy. The cops should be suspended without pay and sent to a training course.

I'm just glad the mom acted rationally. If she would have gotten angry, it would have been worse.

She really kept her cool. It probably would have gotten ugly fast if she had come out like a raging tiger. But in all fairness, the cops didn't seem to be rude or disrespectful or racist. They screwed up by pulling the wrong car over, and if a plate number was given in the 911 call it obviously didn't match hers plus the car didn't even fit the description.

From the video they were expecting 4 black males, probably armed. So they were on edge. The mom just wanted to make sure her kids were OK.

I think that all parties handled themselves well. It could have gotten nasty, but the woman kept her cool. The cops simply pulled the wrong car over due to the information they were given about it's location, even though it was the wrong make and color. I wonder if they even saw that it was being driven by a black person before they pulled it over or if they thought that they had the right vehicle due to the description. If dispatch had given them a plate number, then they messed up royally. But I didn't hear any racist or disrespectful comments and they genuinely tried to calm the kids down. And it's easy to understand the cops being on edge if they were pulling over a car with a suspect that was most likely armed.

The description was 4 black males. Once I saw it was a female driver and a car full of kids, I would have called it back in and checked to see if I had the right car. But, everyone makes mistakes and they tried to rectified it once they realized what was going on.

Police incompetence. Surprised they were not tasered.

I don't think it's normal to taze cops who make mistakes, at least not in my state. Is this something you are actually for?

I have zero problems with how the police acted. The 911 caller said the vehicle exited on that ramp. It would be standard procedure to handcuff her.

Media just making a story about nothing.

"A car matching your description..."??? Puh-leze. Not even close. Wrong sex, too. Wrong number of occupants. At least they got the skin color right (by chance, not skill). Scary for her family, glad it ended well for all. Too many lately have not.

Am I wrong for thinking Kametra is kinda hawt? Mayhap she needs a hug after that traumatic experience...

Cept the car was beige or tan. Her car was red. Four black males waving a gun outside the car. A black woman with 3 small kids in the car. Not even close to the same description.

I'm already looking her up since all black people know each other.

The 911 caller said the the car exited there. The 911 caller got confused. This is why the cops pulled her over.

They didn't know there was children in the car until one child exited the car.

The cops were just doing their jobs. Nobody was hurt or treated poorly.

The worst part about it is the actual troublemakers got away.
