Did not say that either. I have been a big proponent of putting a check on the police. All I am saying is that I don't think the families attorney saying something makes it a fact. I want to wait until the facts come out.

Some people with limited understanding, somehow think that means, I think they should not have an attorney, which is a bizarre conclusion

i know from things you've said in the past, that you're biased against the victim, simply because he has dreadlocks.

As for the lawyers statement. Let me say the same thing in non-lawyer speak.

Several minutes, prior to the shooting, in one segment of the video, it showed him not pointing the gun but leaning on it. Which proves ZERO about what was going on prior to that moment or what happened several minutes later.

Did the lawyer say, that in no point in the video did he ever point the gun at someone ? NO... It's lawyer spin and if it was a fan the breeze would blow you over.

You and Marv can post the statement 400 times a day, but we still don't know anything today, we did not know yesterday, which is NOTHING

i pick that's your bias barfing up nb's bias.

i posted this article because it went down in an open carry state and this particular article spoke directly on that point. i'm sure you've seen the coverage of the open carry groups doing their weekend errands with their weapons&kids in plain view. i'm sure you've seen the question posed "if everyone's open carrying - how can we tell the good guys from the bad". still don't see where we might have a problem?

heard anything about getting folks swat pranked?

seen any news lately that gives evidence that cops are quicker to pull the trigger (multiple times) than they have been in the past? any news lately that shows police departments are slacking in their accountability to the people they're paid to protect?

and lastly, seen anything ridiculous - like people being afraid of someone's hairstyle and judging them negatively based upon this hairstyle alone?

i'm just shaking my head at ya'll. you don't see your own bias at all. at least i can admit mine.

The lawyer is spinning things like all lawyers regardless of color do, and one segment of video taped minutes before the altercation proves nothing.

We just don't know the facts. If the cop is guilty, then lets ring him up. If not lets get it out there

I am very pro gun, not so much open carry. I have talked to some real serious gun guys at shows that agree. It just invites trouble and police attention
