Of course it is. You can't just walk up and start blasting because he has a gun. However if you are surrounded by police, who have guns pointed at you screaming to drop the weapon and you don't. well the Darwin thing .

from what i read - it was two cops. and you don't know that 'drop the weapon' was screamed.

How come it only makes the news when black people get shot by the police. As I have posted here, recently, an unarmed white kid with headphones on was gunned down by the police recently, for pulling his pants up. No reports of him going for a gun or charging the cop.

No new media, no white house involvement. Maybe Obama only cares when it happens to black kids

I thought Obama was the ultimate community leader, but we only hear about these injustices from him, when they happen to people that are the same race he is.

How many white and asian kids are shot by cops? If there was a protest, I'd wager he'd speak on it.
