From what angle the cops came running in, his back was to them. But if they came from both directions, that's possible. I can't see it from here, but I'll look when I get off work.

He was standing sideways in the aisle, appears to be talking on his phone, right after the cop yells at him, he begins to turn towards them and waves the gun. He is shot immediately. It was poor judgement on the cops behalf, but the waving of the gun is probably what got him shot.

It is a wee bit hypocritical to complain about others reporting posts.....and then he does the same thing.

I am critical of those who run to the moderators when they get their feelings hurt, or there is a topic they don't like.

I have never reported anything, and I never will. Nor do I have or will I make sock puppet accounts. Everything I say on here I have no problem saying to anyones face. That's just the way I roll
