Hey Guys I am now having some Confusion coz of much thoughts running in my mind. I am waiting my Interview here in Nepal. My wife is a LPR.. I hope i will have my Interview very soon. I guess while doing Process my wife have paid all the fees to NVC...

#Does those fees means Interview and Visa fees which i will have soon here??? Or i have to take money for the Interview and for Visa if i get success....... Please help me....

No need to pay for visa fees. However, you will pay for medical visit fees and eventually your passport shipping fees to get it back.

Passport shipping fees? Really?

US consulates in India do not charge passport shipping fees. That part is presumably included in your visa application fee. I don't see why they would charge passport shipping fee in Nepal.

When you go to Kathmandu, take enough cash for your medicals, because if you are missing any vaccine, the doctor is going to give it to you and you pay right there, along with the fees for your regular check up. In the consulate, take some cash, just in case. But if the AOS and IV fees are paid, they are not gong to ask for it again.

$88 is for AoS

$230 is for IV

You don't need to pay anything else beside Medical fee , Passport shipping fee and your Plane ticket of course

you will have to pay for the green card 165.00 ELIS.GOV you must pay this before you enter the us or no green card
