I'm a UK citizen who entered the US 6 weeks ago on a CR1 Visa. In a few weeks we are flying to Cancun from Boston for a holiday. When I flew to the US from the UK before I got the CR1 I needed an ESTA and to fill out the advanced passenger info for the flight to the US. My question is do I need this stuff for the US - Mexico return flight or does it not matter any more since I have the Visa in my passport? (Green card has yet to arrive).

You are a LPR and your visa is now endorsed with a stamp showing evidence of this fact. ESTA is only for VWP travelers, so you are now ESTA-free.

2/06/13: APPROVED!
