Its not a visa. A Visa is used to enter the country. What you are doing now is removal of conditionals so she can get a 10 year green card.

Here is the link here to read what you need to fill out and such.

You have until the expiry on her green card The window of time to file starts 90 days before the at date until it expires.

hi

she was granted a 2 year GC because you were married less than 2 years, now she needs to remove conditions in order to get the 10 year GC

she needs to send in the i751 form with evidence of a bona fide marriage. there is a forum of removing conditions where you can ask questions

the shortest time that you can send in the form, payment and evidence like the first time, is 90 days prior to the expiration date of the GC

Don't bother with a lawyer...you can handle what is needed...but I have to ask...why have you waited until the last minute to investigate what needs to be done?? The process is almost like what you went through to get a visa! And, it's gonna cost $505.00 plus $85.00 for biometrics...

You should have been on top of this a while ago...just sayin'! Now you're gonna be in "scramble" mode...will be a little hectic for the both of you.

This is a relatively critical step that you don't want to mess up on! So, get busy!!!!

Best of luck to you and yours!!!!
