Anyone waiting for interview date in Dominican republic? I am waiting for a date now? My case was sent to them from nvc on July 16th. The appointment list has not yet been updated either.

Omg! Why has it taken so long to give you a date, if it was sent since july 16th? That means I'm not going to get a date any time soon, my case was complete on 8/20/14!? I think you should call NVC and find out what's the hold up. ?

I think that they say an interview with Dominican republic can take anywhere from 1 to 4 months to schedule. We are on k1. I am thinking in a couple of weeks when they update appointment list we will know date. It's usually about 1 month to 1 1/2 months away when they give you the interview date. So you have time to do medical and police certificate

Yeah but I thought you would have gotten the interview for September since you've been waiting since July. Hopefully by next week then you'll hear from them and hopefully me too. Lol

that is funny i got a interview sent to me on 4 days. my case was done on the 13 of July and we got a email on that Saturday telling us of our interview that morning. hopefully you should get one soon.

i been waiting for case complete.. my scan date is July 8th and i got a checklist August 20th.. i hope they dont take long to review !

Oh my god butterflies 0124. Consulate received your case on 05/30 and you don't have interview date yet?

Consulate received my electronic file July 31 and hardcopy August 21. I have called 4 times, had my congressmen write a letter, and written 3 emails. The response is always: "takes up to 120 days." But I have seen timelines on here where the embassy has received other applications the same day and they have an interview! Every time I call they insist that they will inform me via email of my interview date. This wait would be useful IF we had an appointment letter to get medical, etc.

Hi Everyone,

I am the petitioner and I read somewhere that I will need to be present for the interview as well. Is this true? I am currently in my third trimester of pregnancy and flying to SDO will be impossible if our interview is scheduled before November.

is taking about 2 months , i am june 20 and still haven’t received it there is people from june 5
