We have our appointment in three and a,half weeks. And still no Packet 4. Why does every step of this process have to be excruciating????? I've called TWICE and I've written THREE emails that have gone unanswered. on the phone we were promised the packet via,email in 3-5 days. That expired on Friday. I just want to get this behind us. No one needs this stress that even the slightest error will delay our lives FINALLY together. Why is this so impossible????? I'm so frustrated at having to tear my hair out at every single step!!!!!

Just email the packet so we can do our part!!!!!!!!!! ??????????

My consulate claimed that they had sent my fiancee her Packet 3 but almost a month later and it's still no where to be found. Without Packet 3, she can't go have her medical exam & vaccinations done. I emailed them a couple of weeks later and they emailed me an electronic copy of the Packet 3 letter. My fiancee printed it out and brought it to her medical exam & vaccinations without any problems.

This visa journey is full of surprises and needs a lot of patience, I can assure you that.

I know what you mean. Every single step it is a lot of work. I am now waiting for interview date. They have had my file for a month and a week and still have no date. Next months interview list hasn't even been updated yet. So I understand your frustration. How long did it take for you to get your interview date and how did you get it? Via email or did you call?

OMG! I can see that I am not alone on this STRESSFUL JOURNEY. I completely understand you! It is really frustrating dealing with these people that sadly, have all the freaking power..... Good luck and I hope that you guys get it soon.

It just came through this morning dated today. Smh. Wow. My blood pressure must be sky rocketing. Now we can do the medical in time for the interview and pay the fees frustrating omg.

Punta Cana - I paid the $7 USD via credit card and called the consulate s directly to find out my date. I got it pretty quickly.

If your fiance live at the xapital, he can go to the consulate at 7 in the morning and get a copy of the packet 4

We got it. It's only the appointment letter and then a 3 page checklist on what's needed and what not to bring? So packet 4 is 4 pages total???? Is that right?

In Argentina Packet 4 only had a checklist and a page with the Doctors who were approved for the Medical, with the list of fees, and a domestic abuse page.

In Colombia, it is a set of instructions

1. List of applicable documents

2. DS-160

3. Pay Visa Fee and schedule appointments (biometric and interview)

4. schedule medical exam

in total 6 pages.
