Dear All,

Kindly give me clarification on this. I am randomly selected for dv 2015. My CN is 2015AF00010xxx. it is below the cutoff for November. I have submitted my forms on the first week of July. But I didn't get any mail so far. last week I give them a call, they told me my forms are under process. they already finished scheduling even for December. and shed said if it is finished you will be scheduled on January. Isn't it to late.

What do you mean by "too late"? You sent your forms in July, two months after you could have submitted - this is what has caused the delay. They've told you they are still busy with them and told you you will be ready for January, I don't understand what else you want??? Just make sure all your documents are ready so that there are no more delays with your case!

but my question is

she said even for January, if it is finished processing. Does it took them more than three months to process

At present, yes.up to 4 months because of a backlog from new system plus this year could oniy submit from 19 May not 1 May as before.

I originally submitted the d-260 on May 22, but then I unlocked it two more times to make some changes, with the second being some time during summer and the third being October 15.

I'd like to ask, will this cause any delay of my case from KCC, for unlocking the form after so many months since I first submitted it?

I'm a little worried cause in the pdf file of the ds-260 I printed it says "date 10-15-2014". My case No. is 2015EU00037****

Can you clarify your case number, because what you have put there doesn't exist! Is it 37xx or 37xxx? If the latter, as I suspect, you won't hear from them for quite a while as you won't be current until well into 2015. They don't contact you until they post the 2NL, usually 6-8 weeks before interview.
