form I864 - part 5

I am trying to get the paperwork ready for AOS but am kind of stuck on I864 part 5 - actually that is the last thing we need and then we are done

1. Enter the number you entered on line 7 part 3: 1

2. Yourself - I cannot enter anything here...the form does not allow to write anything in there?? Do I handwrite something???

3. If you are currently married enter 1 for your spouse: ??? ---> Do I enter 1 here or 0 because the spouse is already entered in number 1?

But what do I do for question 2???? And shouldn't the household size in our case be two (sponsor and wife), but if I enter 0 for 3 and cannot enter anything for 2 it adds up to 1.

Completely confused....any help would be greatly appreciated - THANK YOU

yourself has already been answered, there is a 1 printed there

you just put 1 on 1, and then add both, no zeros anywhere

put 1 for your wife on number 1, yourself has been already answered, if you don't have any children or anything else, leave blank and then add both at the end, the result will be 2, because you don't add the beneficiary twice

Well, the problem however is that for number 2 it won't let me enter 1. The box won't allow me to enter anything....
