I'm sorry did not want to say anything, but this all sound like it was planned, first he wanted to cancel her GC and had crazy accusations now he "forgot" about the interview letter or whatever, smh, she's probably better off in India than living here with him, something sounds a bit off, that's just my input, feel bad for the wife though.

yeah, seeing the other post, I think the OP just wanted to make sure she cannot make it back. He "forgot" the whole procedure on purpose, so that she will lose her GC as he wanted it earlier. Now, he just posted up because he wanted to verify that yes, indeed, his wife will no way get back....

The two "mother" cases in the are are Matter of Kane and Matter of Huang. Although from 1975 and 1988, they are the controlling cases.
