Sadly, and statistically, everyone, regardless of race or ethnicity is safer to walk in a non-black neighborhood.

We can only hope the world will learn how to address this problem head on and seek to improve it.

Funny, I've lived in an all black neighborhood for 20 years, and still go back every weekend. Plenty of people don't have issues.

These statistics are also a world-wide phenomena. Who can know if it can ever be improved, or is just the way it is and shall always be?

Ow!! I know the website you got this from.

Haha. I've read a few of Marvin's websites like that one from time to time, and they can be entertaining. Facts and statistical science can be very helpful to helping first learn, then admit, and finally deal with issues that can be hard to accept. For now, we, the people of America are still in the learning stage, or perhaps in the admitting stage. Wherever we are, we appear to be a long way off from finding common ground. That's a damned sad statistic indeed.

Oh, those statistics were obtained from here:

Janelle, you're a smart lady, and you're surely aware at the disproportionate number of blacks occupying American prisons when compared to other races. Would you have everyone believe the reason for this disproportionality is due to non-black police and justice unfairly arresting blacks?

So the question is? Are black people just drawn to be criminals, or is it something else behind it?

These numbers and facts are hard to deal with. Truly, if we work together, we may be able to resolve it. Or, maybe not.

I'm asking your opinion.

Visuals can sometimes help better understand numbers and trends. Another statistic is that the US has a disproportionately high prison population when compared to that or the rest of the world.

Why are you afraid to answer a question, yet you keep wanting to discuss the problem?
