I want to ask here guys if what is the email address of NVC?

I want to ask NVC for my visa number, what are the informations they are needed from me for my visa number?

How will I ask them to get my number?

it is better to call them than email.

and call them at 7:30 in the morning so you don't have to be put on hold for 30 minutes.

prepare your USCIS number, petitioner's and beneficiary's name and birthdate.

Just tell them that you would like to get your MNL Case number.

Is the USCIS number is the same as Receipt number? or is that the Alien registration number?
