I filed AOS from a K1 in July 2013 I recieved my EAD/AP card in September 2013. I then my AOS was approved in June however my Greencard was lost in the mail, I am still waiting for a replacement but my EAD/AP card is about to expire in September. Does anyone know how long it takes to reissue a Green Card? Or have any suggestions for what I should do.

Thanks

Your EAD/AP was cancelled when your GC was approved. GC replacement can take a while, but in the meantime you are still a permanent resident. You can make an INFOPASS appointment and get a I-551 stamp in your passport that will serve as proof of your LPR status. Good luck.

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!
