In the second chart nvc stands on 1 August 2005 it means in the next fiscal year they will start the cases.As I know that the processing time of paperwork is maximum 10 months because they coa when the priority date is nearby after 10 months is it right or just an evaluation

i just called NVc but she said no visa availability yet.they r only working on till Dec 1st.i dont think so there is any movement this month.
