why f4 effects on f3 both are different categories and about the retrogresion it's only for f4 India and China not others

Affidavits can do in all country. USA or India, where they are present, accept in

Immigration case. Send it with documents. And photocopying it with true copy. Submit photocopy or original. Always keep copies of it with you.

Hi MQL,

I've been reading your posts for months cause I don't wanna miss any information from you.

My PD is also December 16th 2004, so I think our visas will be issued at the same time. ^^

Otherwise, tonight is the night when we should call NVC to ask about our interview date (Monday morning in USA). This time, we need only 3 weeks movement in the visa bulletin.

Please keep me in loop.
