My email is registered with NVC. They opened cases upto 31 july. so still i am on wait.

So Guys called nvc yesterday...dey said interview is not scheduled yet...wish a healthy movement upcoming month also..finger crossed

I called them yesterday too, no interview scheduled as well...any prediction for march '16?

I called NVC today about IL and one very, very, veeeeery rude female rep. answer: "According to last VB COD 01/aug/2004 (she don`t now that COD is 01/oct/2004?) , your time for IL, is not yet and have good day" - and hang up. Crazy and mean people are part of them too...cannot believe...so, still no IL for me...

Hello friend,

They can not tell you anything about next month, they are allowed to talk about current month because there are still possibility that Feb VB still can be changed before end of 31 January (we have seen updated VB posted sometimes for same month.)

First month of every week US consulates abroad send NVC how many slots they have available for each catagory, based on that NVC in US schedules interview based on 1)PD 2) case complete order.Last month some received early IL letter because of holidays(X-mas,New Year).If anyone to receive IL for March should receive email within next 2 weeks.Hope this helps.

Hi Everyone , i am new to this fourm , my catagory is F3 and PD is Nov 2004, india , i have sent documents to NVC on 9 th Oct . all fees paid , but still not received CC mail , received only one mail about confirmation of document received , they send mail to my choice of agent , who is my brother in US , my question is , to whome they send case complete mail to me or my choice of agent ? or my petitioner , my father ?

if they have ur email address they will send u and ur choice of agent too and dont u think u submitted ur documents very late because rhey will take 45 days to review unless u dont have any checklist

Thanks neel99, after submitting all visa fees that is $325 per person , we had sent our documents to NVC on 5th oct 15, and my choice of agent got the reply from NVC that they have received the documents on 9th of oct . and they said that it will take 30 days to review your documents , but today it is more then 100 days we have not received any mail from NVC ,
