Its not seems to any significant movement as most of the visa numbers ate by AOS priority date.

NVC has fix dates 1, 8, 15, 22 of the month.

So, it may be 01 August 2004.

Average movement is 21 days last five years.

(I wish more, but this december is a tourist season, making visiting visa cash for consulate worldwide) Hope is always.
