Hi guys my brother in law who is married and over the age of 21 is being filed for by his parents who are U.S. citizens, his pd is April 2006. At the time of filing he did not have any children, he now has a child who is 8 years old. When I got the case and invoice number I went on the site to see if the aos packet is ready to be sent but under the iv applicant I only see his name and his wife name. Is there anything that can be done at this time to add their 8 year old daughter so that they all can migrate as one family?

no problem just send an email to nvc to add his daughter name in relative documents and dont mail any sort of papers bc the pd date if prety much far away

I have that if the petitioner is citizen in f3 case does it effects on the speed of processing case bc the green card holder and citezen petioner is diffrent

Guys, i called NVC today to check when we will receive IL. Rep. (very rude one) said, that, they don't know when we will get it and i asked is receiveing IL strictly related to our PD (become current), she said that PD only matter when process start and it don't matter after CC? So, should i continue checking VB cut of dates every month or i will get IL soon? Please, someone, enlighten me. Thanks.

yes the rep of nvc says that the interview letter never related to the priority date after cc they put the in the order of interview letter and when ur turns come nvc will send the letter
