NVC send me notice e-mail (so called Scan Date) that they receive my documents on aug/13/2015.

Yesterday I called to NVC and asked about my documents that I sent on August 28 and the Lady told me not received anything yet. Will make two months that I sent the documents and i got no answer from NVC. I don´t know what to do.

hello, can i ask something? my priority date was june 1995, i already got my case number from nvc, but everytime i checked my case from the ceac, it always says that it is still on NVC, i havent filled out the ds260 yet, although i have paid for the iv and sponsorship fee that is needed, ive sent all the documents, affidavit of support that they need. but i still dont get any reply from them yet.. what am i missing?? can you please help me.
