wholly sh??. how many time did you have to say it. we are on different timezone. My dad file for my brother PD is 13thApril, 2004. I received COA (choice of Agent) in may 2014 AOS and IV fee paid

No, they said I will have to wait until my Pd becomes current and they are not allowed to estimate it.

it means now they starts the paper before 12 months till priority date becomes current although it was a process of 6 to 8 months now it extended to 12 months so long to wait

F3. PROCESSING TIME NEAR 14 Month

its too long did u faced any problem in submitting the papers and tell me one thing that when nvc send u the email related to ds260 form did they mention anything about ur interview scheduling in the email
