Oh,what is the status of your case now?has NVC finished reviewing eveything?

Not yet. I am still waiting. I have to call to NVC every single day to get a positive answer...

I applied for DS 260 on June 15th, and i called to NVC to ask about my case and the Guy told me he didn't see any application for DS 260. So now he will contact his Supervisor to see what's going on with my case.

Let´s see...

At this bulletin, they also provide from which PD is active to get welcome letter for to start processing.

Upto PD 1april2005, now active in this october. So issueing welcome letter is much faster then visa cut off date.

What are opinion from my friends share it.

If you paid IV fees of all then not to worry call NVC detail of payment. They have to proceed IV form. Do it repeatedly till it show.

This is my first post here and I have a question.

My mom is an American citizen and sponsored for me. I am a Canadian Citizen who is over 21 and married so my category is F3, my PD is March 06, 2012. I was approved Sept 16, 2015 and awaiting a letter from them.

My question is: Will my wife be able to accompany me to the US when I get my VISA? How does this work as I want her to go with me.

Thanks for your time.

Terry

Yes It works like this that main applicant, spouse as well as all unmarried children under 21 will accompany main applicant.

Thanks for your reply. I understand now how it works, this forum is very helpful and informative I have been reading it for awhile now and I am more informed about the process and how this type of sponsorship works.

Looks like I have a 10-12year wait before getting a Visa. I have another 8 years to go but hoping sooner rather than later.

Only my wife will be accompanying me as my two children are young adults over 21years.

Your child have accompanying till 21+ 3 yrs 6 months 10 days as per cspa age calculation.

Thanks for your reply. The kids don't want to come as they are set in their life here in Canada. Maybe later in life they will come.
