If ur DS260 is completed then u should not wait for email and you send ur AOS and ur documents to NVC then NVC email ur scan date.

Yes, u need passport number in DS260 form.

Every info- name, spelling, spouse etc. as per passport data.

Address may as u are. Other info are not related to passport. DS260 samle is available.

Not to worry and hurry about DS260. Just cool carefully fill out, write down in your note. Read it sure it yourself also check out with your friend or else.
