Guys, what will be my kids (15 and 9) status, next year (i hope so) when we move to US? They still need to wait 5 years to obtain citizenship or because, they will still be minors next year, automatically get USC? Thanks.

Hi stanko!

Your kids need to wait 3 years not 5 years for USC.

They get USC easily.

Good luck.

Thanks MQL, but 3 years later, they will be 18 and 12, so they will become USC automatically or they need to learn questions like my dad do it, oath, etc...?
