So, all 4 DS260 forms submitted and under IV tab, it shows - COMPLETED x4!! Great!!

At august 14th, my dad will send his financial documents and mine & my family members civil documents (AOS & IV packages) to NVC. I guess that's it for now, right? Stay Good my Friends and keep pushing..

I have did email to add my child as beneficiary. Today my brother talked with NVC, they instructed that mail regular post signed letter and documents, when they receive works in 30 days.

Guys, what will be my kids (15 and 9) status, next year (i hope so) when we move to US? They still need to wait 5 years to obtain citizenship or because, they will still be minors next year, automatically get USC? Thanks.

Your kids need to wait 3 years not 5 years for USC.

They get USC easily.

Don't worry. USCIS asking easy questions to kids not difficult. Ur kids will hendle this easily.
