Congrats.

You and ur petitioner both are received welcome letter. In ur petitioner letter nvc invoiced AOS fee. Plz see it. Nvc did not send another letter for AOS fee. AOS fee invoiced is mention ur petitioner welcome letter.

Hi guys,

My PD is Nov. 2004. I got welcome letter in 24 June. I filled and completed COA.

My AOS is invoiced just paid and in process.

I have to add my child in beneficiarry list who was born after petition filed.

What is the exact procedure and how much duration they will take for add it.

MQL OR ANYBODY

AOS FEES IS 1 PER CASE RIGHT $120 FOR HOLE FAMILY ME+WIFE+2 KIDS RIGHT

AOS fees is per petition ( all members who immigrant with main applicant) means all family 120$

You send ur child's passport copy and his birth certificate copy with petitioner's name dob and applicant name and dob and ur approval letter copy to nvc by email. The Nvc receive it and add ur child name. No take time ok.

Hi, umer8566

All information names data fill into forms is as per passport.

In DS261-choice of agent current address in USA of petioner should must be enter.

In DS260, there is a option of address present, previous home of beneficiary.
