I JUST CALL NVC THEY GAVE ME THE INVOICE NUMBER BUT WHEN I CHECKED IT THERE IS NOTHING SHOWING UP.MESSAGE I GOT SAYING CONTACT NVC.MY PD IS FEB82005 THAT WHAT IT SAYING ( Please be advised that the case that you have attempted to access is not eligible for further processing by the National Visa Center at this time. Please contact the National Visa Center if you believe that you have received this message in error. ) ANY ONE KNOW WHATS GOING ON THANKS YOU

You checked ur invoice I'd num in DS 260 or 261 COA form therefore u received this message. And ur case is not eligible this time. U should check ur name in fee payment tab.

Hi umar,

Ds260 261 means COA form and iv form. If ur pd becomes current then this form is available for u. Otherwise nothing. Plz wait until ur pd becomes current. And I am still waiting not received any letter from NVC. Hope I will get it very soon.

Six months advance NVC start paper process when pd is become current.

NO UPDATE AT ALL.I GUESS THERE AREN'T MUCH F-3 PEOPLE ON THIS FORM.I ONLY SEE 5 OR 6 PEOPLE TO TALKING EACH OTHER.ANY WAYS I GUESS NVC GOING VERY SLOW. MU PD IS 05 FEB 2005 IT MEEN I HAVE TO WAIT LONG TIME NOW
