wholly sh??. how many time did you have to say it. we are on different timezone. My dad file for my brother PD is 13thApril, 2004. I received COA (choice of Agent) in may 2014 AOS and IV fee paid

1fy123 thank you so much for letting me know i can apply for a tourist visa. i have a question. when filling for a tourist visa do i have to put in the form that im in a family sponsored case? when you applyied for a tourist visa did you put that in the form?

10% chances to get tourist visa if someone applied for u.coz niece is getting married next month my bro and sis apply for tourist visa but they refused with this answer your case is going to be open.Their pd is oc 2004.

my PD is 09 2005 still a long way to go i really want to see my family thats why i want to get a tourist visa to be able to visit at least for 2 months meanwhile i wait for my pd to become current. what did they tell your sister and brother when they applied for a tourist visa? i didnt understand

I got 2 times multiple entry tourist visa (B1/B2). and my F3 FAMILAY IMMIGRATION PETITION IS PENDING WITH PD AUGUST 2005.

You should apply for tourist visa and all the possibility to get one as you will never try to ruin your legal immigration petition by becoming out of status.

its your luck, nothing wrong to do try.MY bro also trying to get visa to attend marriage, he is going tomorrow again,let's see what happens.before he had gone with family, this time he is going alone.

recently my son got F1 student visa even his name is there as derivative and intention for immigration.

they said what is surity are u coming back?

Ur F3 petition is surety that you will came back and will not ruin the legal process of immigration. But I myself is Electrical engineer and my wife is Medical specialist and earning handsome mount of salary so VO was satisfied with argument that we will never be illegal with B1/B2 visa.

Thank you so much for giving me hope I can see my family soon if my tourist visa is approved meanwhile I wait for my pd to become current. I'm a derivate also because my grandma is a citizen and petition my mom. Haven't been in the US in 8 years and miss my family so much
